I support leaders in navigating change and complexity. Drawing from my experiences as an executive director and senior leader, I serve as a thought partner and sounding board, helping leaders align values with strategy and action. My approach is adaptable based on preference and need, offering:

Transition Support

I step in during leadership transitions to provide care and continuity. I help maintain momentum and prioritize what’s needed for transitional success and wellbeing – supporting teams, boards, and continued connection to stakeholders.

  • Sustain team morale, revenue, and external relationships

  • Troubleshoot operational or leadership challenges
